Kitchener-Waterloo MLS sales continue their upward trend in April 2012
According to this recent press release from the Kitchener-Waterloo Association of REALTORS® (KWAR) the number of homes sold to buyers by area Realtors in the local area have increased in April.

KITCHENER-WATERLOO, ON (May 3, 2012) -- Residential real estate sales through the Multiple Listing System (MLS® System) of the Kitchener-Waterloo Association of REALTORS® (KWAR), were up over last year for the second consecutive month.

Kitchener-Waterloo, ON (April 4, 2012) -- Residential property sales through the Multiple Listing System (MLS® System) of the Kitchener-Waterloo Association of REALTORS® (KWAR), increased 8 percent in March compared to last year. There were 660 residential sales last month, 32.8 percent more than in February.

MLS Home Sales in K-W Were up in June For a Second Month in a Row

K-W HOME SALES UP FOR SECOND MONTH IN A ROW
KITCHENER-WATERLOO, ON (July 6, 2011) -For the second consecutive month, residential sales increased on a monthly basis compared to last year. This brings the total number of sales recorded through the Multiple Listing System (MLS®) of the Kitchener-Waterloo Association of REALTORS® (KWAR) during the first half of the year to 3,443, a 5.4% decrease compared to 2010, but in line with the 5 year average.
